Delivery, returns, and responsibility

Carrier performance and destination conditions affect delivery. We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchanges for new products under the Refund Policy, including its 30-calendar-day request window, approval process, enclosed free prepaid return label, no-restocking-fee rule, and refund initiation within 10 days after approval. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
