Where we ship

Available destinations, shipping charges, and any free-shipping offer are shown before payment. Products or addresses that a carrier cannot serve may be declined. Please review the delivery address carefully before placing the order.

Two separate time windows

After successful payment authorization, normal order preparation takes about 1–2 business days. Once the parcel leaves our facility, estimated transit is another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and these estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, it is sent to the checkout email. For a delay, a package marked delivered but not received, loss, damage, or a missing item, email jakobmuller175@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant photos. We may need time to work with the carrier.
